A: Tuopin Sneakers are designed with extra room in the toe area for a more relaxed, natural fit. For narrow feet, we recommend sizing down by half a size. For medium or wide feet, we recommend choosing your usual size. If you have a high instep or prefer a roomier fit, you may also choose your usual size for added comfort.
A: We do not currently offer separate wide-width sizing. However, many Tuopin styles are designed with a roomier toe box to reduce toe pressure. For medium or wide feet, we recommend choosing your usual size. If you have narrow feet, we recommend sizing down by half a size.
A: We process all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Europe: 5-8 business days

A: We want you to love your Tuopin shoes! We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
A: Yes! If you need a different size, your exchange is 100% free of charge. For standard returns requesting a refund to the original payment method, a flat $7.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
A: Our Sneakers are crafted with premium leather and suede materials, which are naturally water-resistant but not completely waterproof. We recommend avoiding heavy rain or submerging them in water.
